Raised on rice in the wilds of the Ozark Mountains, Renee Lott first became enamored with sequential art after acquiring an issue of Betty & Veronica that had flown out of the bed of a passing pick-up truck. After scrawling pictures in the dirt for 25 years, she felt it was time to make her professional debut.
